Cedar Waxwings

In North Florida we see large flocks of Cedar Waxwings in the winter. They are fun to watch as they fly in large groups which look like a cloud. Their main source of food in the winter is berries and other fruits. In our area we have large cedar trees which the Waxwings feast off of the berries. Cedar Waxwings drink large quantities of water while feeding so the bird bath needs to be refilled often. We enjoy watching them crowd into the bird bath after a drink of water.Cedar Waxwing
